HOW A FEW WEEKS HAVE RADICALLY CHANGED THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT

Actually, my world has not changed all that much, and it has made me realise just how valuable the life I lead really is.

I get up in the morning and put on my beautiful Posh Active and some groovy makeup and then I am ready for the day.

BACKYARD WORKOUT FITNESS PLAN

I meet up with my buddy/business partner, Lucy, and we start working. Nearly everyday begins with an exercise workout of some sorts and these days, seeing we can’t go to the gym, we figured we can have a great workout in the backyard for free.

THE HUMBLE TYRE TO THE RESCUE

There is no end to what can be achieved with the humble tyre - you can jump in and out of it and get a cardio fix, hang a rope over a strong branch in a tree, tyre on one end and you on the other and haul that tyre to the top, best of all flip it over and over, an absolute killer workout. How great is that?

TRUCK TYRE COMPANY ENGAGES KILLER FIT GRANNY AS NEW PIN UP GIRL

As you may or may not know, the local truck tyre outlet is the perfect place to find some alternative gym weights. We managed to snavel 2 trailer loads of old BIG RIG tyres for free and take them home, figuring we could toss them up and down the yard and keep up our weight training. Remember, they are REAL HEAVY AND REAL BIG. My Big Rig Tyres have made me so fit, they now want me as their PIN-UP GIRL!  Have a go, it worked for me, it might work for you too.

ACE BATLEY GAME ON

Lucy’s house is full of family, boys to be exact and always plenty of fun and games happening. Darts, foosball and for a change of pace, we give table tennis a workout. I’m really good at that but Lucy’s husband thinks he is ACE BATLEY! We will see how that goes for him.

As you can see everything, we are doing has plenty of space between competitors, so there are a mountain of things we can do to keep us entertained and FIT. We have managed to bring some madness into our lives by taking the home workout NEXT LEVEL and those around us are highly amused by all the action, but they love it just the same.

LAST CRUMBS ON SUPERMARKET SHELVES TURNED OUT TO BE HEALTY FOOD

Finally, I went to the supermarket on the weekend and was confronted with ARMAGEDDON.

I nearly turned around and went home but I knew I needed something in my pantry to keep us going. Then the fun began. What I thought was ARMAGEDDON, was in fact a treasure trove for me. All the stuff that I wouldn’t look at was gone – good riddance. All the stuff that I eat was spilling over the shelves. There was not one ingredient out of stock, and I had a lovely time restocking my essentials. I think I eat pretty well and that, together with my fitness level, is why I have so much energy and I am not falling apart emotionally. It also allows me to be flexible of spirit and I can adjust to different circumstances quickly and appropriately.

So you see my world hasn’t actually changed that much and I am managing splendidly.
